Some thoughts on how to be more reflective as a leader

I read somewhere recently that reflective leadership was about disengaging from the hurly-burley of everyday crises and taking stock of the situation. This really struck a chord with me as it highlights the reality for many leaders who get bogged down in what seem like terrible dramas and crises in their own organizations.
